The following menu features a variety of courses that incorporate the multiple sides of chocolate. Chocolate lovers will delight in the splendid concoctions Chef Eric has created for this event.....Enjoy!

Appetizer: Jumbo Tempura Shrimp with Bittersweet Wasabi Chocolate Sauce.

Salad: Mixed Greens topped with Georgia Peaches, Mandarin Oranges, and Almonds. Served with a White Chocolate Vinaigrette Dressing.

Entree: Cocoa Encrusted Pork Tenderloin with Dark Chocolate Bordalaise. Served with Roasted Potatoes and Rice Pilaf.

Dessert: Chocolate Infatuation! Our newest Encore dessert will make its debut for the first time.
