The following menu features a variety of courses that incorporate the multiple sides of chocolate. Chocolate lovers will delight in the splendid concoctions Chef Eric has created for this event.....Enjoy!

Appetizer: Jumbo Tempura Shrimp with Bittersweet Wasabi Chocolate Sauce.

Salad: Mixed Greens topped with Georgia Peaches, Mandarin Oranges, and Almonds. Served with a White Chocolate Vinaigrette Dressing.

Entree: Cocoa Encrusted Pork Tenderloin with Dark Chocolate Bordalaise. Served with Roasted Potatoes and Rice Pilaf.

Dessert: Chocolate Infatuation! Our newest Encore dessert will make its debut for the first time. A triple Chocolate mousse dessert featuring White, Dark, and Milk Chocolate, topped with Chocolate Shavings and Chocolate Garnishments and served with chocolate ice cream. (Guests can substitute their other favorite Encore Desserts upon request)

Wine: Each course will feature a specialty wine hand selected to compliment the flavors of the food provided. The wine for each course will be available in a full glass or in a smaller tasting portion. *Wine purchases in addition to price of meal.
